Meet Nick, the heart and hands behind Project Works. Project Works, founded in 2024, began as a dream inspired by Nicholas Johnson’s journey of service work. ​Nick has a decade of experience serving and six impactful trips under his belt. These experiences ignited his passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. As a skilled craftsman with a wealth of construction expertise, he doesn’t just talk about change—he builds it, one project at a time.

Project Works was established with a clear and powerful mission: Project Works is committed to creating sustainable change in impoverished communities, driven by the belief that everyone deserves a safe and secure place to live, learn, and thrive. Through Project Works, the vision of a brighter, more compassionate world becomes a reality, one where every nail driven and every wall raised is a testament to the transformative.
